BATTERY

In the event of commercial AC power failure batteries supply the power to inverter. After return of the AC power the UPS enables the Battery to be recharged. Aswell as providing power to the load

CHARGERS

It converts input AC power to DC power, supplies the static inverter and maintains the batteries in a fully charged condition. Its design is based on thyrister based CONSTANT VOLTAGE CURRENT configuration.

Inverter

It converts DC to AC very precisely with isolation. The configuration used is of Type Bridge using MOSFET. The design is based on high frequency since wave PWM(Pulse Width Modulation). Modulation is done on a carrier wave of 20 KHz, which is beyond the human audible range and thus provides a noiseless performance.
